IFLRY will hold its 43rd General Assembly in Accra, Ghana in the beginning of March. Leading up to that we wanted to organise an IFLRY Online meeting on Ghana. Ghana is a remarkable country, being referred to as an “island of peace” and one of the most thriving democracies on the continent. Why is that? And what is the political situation in the country right now? To speak about this topic, we have invited Richard Nii Amarh, Africa Liberal Youth Secretary General and Executive Director at the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), the mother party of IFLRY’s member organisation, Progressive Youth Movement.
