Lina is currently working for Microsoft as a Queue Account Manager (QAM) in Customer Service and Support (CSS) for Azure and was formerly a program coordinator at iMMAP for five years, responding to the Yemen crises. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Jordan University of Science & Technology (JUST). She volunteered at different NGOs to empower youth and women, fight extremism, and promote peace; For the last eight years, she has been involved in the Ambassador for Dialogue (AFD) project, which is a joint one between (Denmark, Egypt, Jordan, and Tunisia) as a volunteer and eventually as a junior trainer facilitating sessions and training new members on Dialogue.
