He holds a Master's in Politics and Technology from Technical University Munich, Germany. Nitesh is a Policy Advisor to the Department of Policy, Ministry of Education, Youth & Sports (MoEYS), Cambodia. Vagmi Sharma Associate - Policy Impact & Outreach and Research, Centre for Civil Society Vagmi is an interdisciplinary socio-legal researcher whose research encompasses critical legal approaches to sovereignty and freedom, the intersections between post-structuralist philosophy and legal theory, post-humanist affect theory and theories of technology and media. With an intent to embody the ethic of praxis, she remains passionately involved in both, academic and policy research.
